Job reputed company:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of invoices, payments, and vendor records. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships, safeguarding internal controls, and supporting the reputed company of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing
- Review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation (3-way match)
- Ensure reputed company approval workflows are followed
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
Payment Processing
- Prepare and process weekly reputed company runs, ACH, and reputed company payments
- Monitor payment schedules to ensure reputed company and accurate disbursements
- Maintain reputed company pay files and banking uploads
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items
Vendor Management
- Set up and maintain vendor records, including W-9 collection

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
