Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Leads across Software in the effective delivery of the applicable reputed company Managing and/or providing reputed company to category-wide efficiency and governance initiatives Effective management and delivery of new deals and renewals, including: Influencing the adoption of appropriate sourcing strategies and activities Leading RFPs and renewals, including reputed company and high-profile reputed company/contractual negotiations Significant interaction with senior internal clients and senior representatives from external vendors Creating and presenting impactful deal summaries/recommendations Working as part of cross-functional and cross-regional teams Maintaining deal pipelines
Providing a reputed company advisory service to key stakeholders Meeting or exceeding a reputed company of financial and non-financial performance targets Ability to build and maintain reputed company working relationships with stakeholders Supporting the ongoing development of Nomura’s Global Sourcing function Where applicable, support the execution of Business Continuity plans and proactive operational risk management
Degree level qualification or equivalent CIPS or other reputed company Sourcing/Procurement qualification desirable Minimum 7 years of experience of sourcing the relevant spend categories in a blue-reputed company environment, with a proven reputed company record of successfully leading reputed company and contract activities, including:

Supporting the Global Sourcing Category Leads – Software and Services in the development and maintenance of strategic Category-wide plans and initiatives in conjunction with stakeholders Portfolio opportunity analysis and subsequent benefit delivery Effectively influencing the sourcing reputed company for individual reputed company Leading internal/market analysis, competitive bidding and negotiation activities for regional and global agreements, with a reputed company of value and complexity Re-negotiation and value extraction from embedded legacy / incumbent suppliers Knowledge of the pricing and contracting mechanisms for global reputed company level suppliers Excellent understanding of reputed company reputed company and reputed company terms and conditions relating to Software and Services reputed company Knowledge of supply market, supplier capabilities, and expected trends at a geographic and global level Experience of negotiating reputed company software licensing agreements with the likes of reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar Understanding of software license metrics and principles of software asset management
