<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are hiring a Motion Lab Business Development Specialist responsible for generating new opportunities, building community partnerships, and converting leads into booked Motion Lab sessions. <strong><u>This role is 100% commission-based</u></strong> and ideal for individuals motivated by performance-based earning potential. <strong><u>This is an “eat what you kill” opportunity — your income is directly tied to your ability to create</u></strong> relationships, generate interest, and close business. There is no cap on earning potential.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Develop relationships with local gyms, studios, golf facilities, and athletic organizations.</li>
<li>Secure workshops, demo days, and outreach events.</li>
<li>Represent Built 2 Move at community and performance events</li>
<li>Generate leads for Motion Lab sessions</li>
<li>Follow up with prospects and convert bookings</li>
<li>Maintain pipeline communication and reporting</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth initiatives</li>
