About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Maintains an organized system of physical reputed company records, including entering and maintaining data and/or documents in company databases, trackers, and/or repositories
• Support and manage document repository and workflows in reputed company
• Draft reputed company templates for regularly utilized reputed company and agreements
• Prepares, reviews, and finalizes NDAs, SOWs, and other routine agreements. 
• Triage and reputed company first-round edits to incoming reputed company document requests from Sales business partners
• Ensures reputed company are in compliance with applicable playbooks and requirements
• Assures reputed company necessary clauses and details are included in reputed company
• Coordinates with reputed company and compliance departments reputed company necessary

reputed company're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required (or equivalent in experience)
• Understanding of US-based reputed company requirements and reputed company
• Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Bilingual and reputed company to read, write, and reputed company Spanish proficiently a plus. 
• 4  years of experience with reputed company document review and management with an in-house reputed company department or at a reputed company
• Strong understanding of or ability to quickly become proficient in reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and laws concerning the technology industry
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reputed company documents, including but not limited to order forms, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and data reputed company agreements
• Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company Office, required
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company is preferred, but not required
