We are seeking an reputed company litigation attorney to join our in-house reputed company team as Counsel. This attorney will reputed company primarily on managing reputed company’s litigation docket and will serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company litigation counsel. The successful candidate will also independently handle reputed company in-house, including employment disputes and smaller reputed company litigation. 

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented attorney who is comfortable operating independently after reputed company and who can bring reputed company judgment and practical solutions to reputed company’s reputed company needs.

Essential Functions

• Serve as the primary internal reputed company for litigation reputed company.
• Manage and reputed company reputed company counsel, including reputed company, status reporting, and budgeting.
• Independently handle litigation and reputed company-litigation reputed company in-house, including case reputed company, pleadings, discovery coordination, and reputed company. 
• Monitor and triage inbound reputed company notices and litigation-reputed company correspondence to reputed company.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel and broader reputed company team to assess litigation risks and reputed company company-wide strategies.
• Support general reputed company work as needed, including contract negotiation and dispute reputed company.

Required Education and Experience

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• reputed company license to reputed company law (Minnesota strongly preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for prior reputed company training.
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company cases and multiple reputed company simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
