About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who understands the world of beauty, influencers, and digital culture, and who wants to design the visuals that live across social media, campaigns, and online experiences.
We’re seeking a Digital Graphic Designer Contractor with a strong focus on marketing content, an excellent visual eye, and a high level of craft.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital assets for campaigns, including website banners, email marketing, social media content, and paid media creatives. You will work closely with creative, marketing, and growth teams to create visuals that connect with our community and reflect the aesthetics and energy of the beauty world in digital spaces.
We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and with strong visual judgment, capable of delivering high-quality work while also bringing ideas and inspiration that help elevate the creative output.
This position reports to the Art and Production Manager and can be fully remote from México.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and develop digital assets for campaigns, website, email marketing, and social media.
- Create paid media creatives adapted for different formats and platforms.
- Translate creative concepts and art direction into high-quality visual executions.
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and growth teams in the development of campaigns and content.
- Propose visual references, inspiration, and design ideas that help elevate the creative work.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for different formats and digital platforms.
- Stay up to date with digital design trends, social media content, and beauty visual culture.
What We Are Looking For:
- Has 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital content.
- Has experience designing assets for social media, paid media, email marketing, and web.
- Has an excellent eye for typography, composition, aesthetics, and visual craft.
- Has a strong understanding of digital formats and best practices across platforms.
- Has experience working in digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
- Can manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Is highly organized, with strong time management and task follow-up skills.
- Has experience using project management tools such as Asana.
- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Has English skills to collaborate within a global team.
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Experience with performance marketing or conversion-focused campaigns.
