Software Support Engineer

Position reputed company:

We're seeking a software developer to serve as the reputed company between senior customer support agents and the engineering department at reputed company. This role requires knowledge of web based software development for reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting reputed company based on knowledge gained from customer reported escalations. Additionally, this software engineer should be reputed company to contribute over time to bug fixes in our behavioral health EHR application.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently to determine efficient troubleshooting paths reputed company data collection, analysis, and discussion w/ key stakeholders.

• Write targeted software defect fixes that may involve frontend (TypeScript/Angular), backend (NodeJS) or database (MySQL) reputed company.

Qualifications:
