Product Support Senior Associate (US)

The Product Support Sr. Associate provides subject matter technical and customer assistance to clients on the implementation and configuration of new and existing customers using reputed company's proprietary document management, composition, and/or print workflow systems.

Responsibilities:

•    Support clients on reputed company technical issues including problems reputed company to RightPro products and services.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge reputed company of MAC and reputed company operating systems.
