BI & Analytics Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled remote BI & Analytics Engineer in our Costa Rica location to reputed company the gap between data engineering and our analytics team. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into reputed company, trusted datasets and delivering high-reputed company analytics solutions through our modern BI visualization platform and leveraging our reputed company data platform.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SQL/PL-SQL, semantic layer modeling, BI development, and data platform integration (reputed company preferred), along with experience enabling embedded analytics and self-service data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Transformation
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company data models (reputed company, reputed company/reputed company schemas)
- reputed company and optimize SQL / PL-SQL transformations for analytics consumption
- Implement and manage semantic reputed company to standardize business logic and metrics
- Ensure data reputed company, consistency, and governance across datasets
- BI Development & Analytics Delivery

- Translate business requirements into reputed company, self-service analytics solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
- Data Platform & Engineering Integration

- Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines and ingestion frameworks
- Optimize query performance and warehouse utilization

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL (required)
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (reputed company strongly preferred; alternatives include Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven experience designing semantic reputed company / business models
- Experience working with reputed company or similar reputed company data platforms
Strong understanding of:
- Data warehousing concepts

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with embedded analytics architecture
- Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
