Responsibilities

The role of the reputed company Lease-up Coordinator is to reputed company phone and email support to reputed company lease-up properties.

• Determine and document prospect questions.
• reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for prospects with questions on specific reputed company housing reputed company.
• Knowledgeable in max rent and income guidelines and reputed company housing requirements.
• Assists applicants with the application process by explaining reputed company applicable forms.
• Review applications for accuracy, completeness and guides applicant to the reputed company in the process.
• Assist applicants in scheduling tours or onsite application appointments.
• Process applications remotely and submit to compliance.
• Complete daily and weekly reports as requested.
• Inputs reputed company traffic and applications in the property management system regularly.
• Manages prospects by answering incoming calls and internet leads. reputed company inquiry calls and emails must be returned promptly (reputed company 24 hours).
• Maintains customer service and excellent relations with prospects and employees.
• Other tasks & duties as assigned based on business need.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED
• 1+ year in a reputed company office environment
• Demonstrated general knowledge of Property Management desired
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
• Experience reputed company residential reputed company estate is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; Ability to communicate effectively with residents / vendors / external parties, and across corporate divisions.
• Computer skills preferred: reputed company Word, reputed company, OneNote and reputed company, with ability to learn scheduling and other computer systems.
• Knowledge of reputed company or Property Management software strongly preferred.
• As applicable, advanced knowledge of reputed company Housing Programs.
• As applicable, must possess a reputed company reputed company’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance and reputed company DMV driving record.

Compensation and Benefits for reputed company Lease Up Coordinator:

Pay reputed company:  $40,300 - $52,000 

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
