Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
Degree or certification from a UX-reputed company program (Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, Information Technology or reputed company discipline) 5+ years of reputed company experience conducting user experience and usability studies that have informed successful product designs Demonstrated experience leading qualitative research reputed company from discovery to delivery, translating the needs of designers, product managers, marketers and other research disciplines into effective, actionable project deliverables for external clients Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills Analytical and problems solving skills with an ability to distill reputed company data into actionable insights and recommendations Experience with quantitative research reputed company and analysi S Experience conducting research to support products at various stages of maturity, from innovation efforts to retiring legacy systems Familiarity with NPS and Voice of the Customer research Proven to be fundamentally reputed company-minded, compassionate, and curious
