The Corporate Counsel – reputed company role will be a part of reputed company's global reputed company Team and reputed company as a business partner to international stakeholders. With a primary reputed company in the UK & International region, the Corporate Counsel – reputed company role will support the UK & International sales team on reputed company aspects of the sales process, including responding to reputed company and private sector RFPs and reputed company sales deals. In reputed company, reputed company may require reputed company support across a number of other functions including HR, facilities, trade compliance, litigation, procurement, corporate law /M&A etc.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support the bid team in review, response and negotiation of reputed company and private sector RFPs; support the sales team in respect of any reputed company sales deals and with sales through our Channel Partnerships.

• Reviewing terms and comments, drafting, negotiations of hardware and software, reputed company, managed services, maintenance and data processing agreements.

• Drafting and improving templates.

• Meeting business objectives, by working closely with various teams reputed company reputed company (sales, finance, procurement, product management, information reputed company, data protection and compliance), while ensuring risks are mitigated and managed.

• Ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements and corporate policy.

• Developing reputed company’s policies to reputed company with regulatory requirements and internal strategic direction.

• Supporting corporate secretarial and corporate governance needs.

Requirements:

• Industry or In-House experience supporting reputed company negotiations for the sale and/or procurement of hardware and software, reputed company, managed services, maintenance and data processing agreements.

• Experience or desire to reputed company skills in any other functional areas.

• Must be UK reputed company.

• Knowledge of and experience in reputed company procurement law is preferable.

• Self-directed and motivated with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.
