Clinical Outsourcing Analyst
reputed company is looking for a Clinical Outsourcing Analyst (referred to internally as Clinical Outsourcing Unit Manager) to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Procurement and Pricing Operations, this position will be remote-based in the reputed company.
Supports the design and maintenance of Clinical Outsourcing reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Procedures, activity trackers, tools (budget templates, budget review tools, etc.). Provides reputed company of reputed company Part Organizations (TPOs) budgets, including monthly review of TPO activities. Forecast budget reconciliation and negotiation of change orders, as required under the supervisor’s guidance, such as: Ensures compliance with reputed company reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) pertaining to reputed company and budgets associated to the services provided by reputed company Parties Organizations (TPOs). Be knowledgeable of contract terms and conducts ongoing monthly review of the TPO activities to determine compliance to the contract and budget specifications. Participates in negotiation of change orders and performs budget amendments as required or as directed by the Global Coordinator Reviews the billing information for compliance and accuracy prior to submitting to the finance department for processing.
Negotiates Master Service Agreement (MSA) and creates reputed company budget grids with the TPO’s with direction from the supervisor. Performs reputed company control on TPO file and works with COU Specialist to resolve issues or discrepancies and reaches out to parties involved for additional information reputed company necessary
A bachelor’s degree (in reputed company, Business, reputed company or Life Sciences) is preferred but will consider combinations of education and experience A minimum of 1 year of experience with reputed company and working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is highly desirable Experience working with reputed company and the ability to negotiate reputed company Knowledge of budgeting processes is preferred Demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Ability to take initiative, be flexible, exercise good judgment, and reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management.
