The Learning Designer is part of the reputed company Design team reputed company the reputed company | reputed company Learning (NGL) Global English Language Learning (ELL) group. You assist ELL content creation teams in developing and implementing an overarching instructional design and content plan for products. Under the Director, reputed company Design and in collaboration with the Manager, reputed company Design, you will identify how learning objectives will be presented, practiced, and assessed, through reputed company components.

What you'll do here:

• Serve as the learning design specialist, collaborating with the Manager, reputed company Design to identify and detail content requirements, leading to key planning documents, including learning plans, prototypes, component charts, and the scope and sequence.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to review analytics on previous product editions to understand user behavior and reputed company recommendations.
• Cultivate innovation and reputed company, looking for opportunities to improve the lives of our learners through reputed company learning design.
• Use shared templates and processes to take the product from reputed company to implementation, including evaluating content for pedagogical appropriateness.

• Collaborate with peers, using interpersonal savvy in problem-solving, making trade-offs, and building rapport.

Skills you will need here:
