The part time/reputed company Program Coordinator (PC) will help manage aspects of the What Works hazing prevention and hazardous drinking study and Community of reputed company (CoP).  

The part-time Program Coordinator (PC), in collaboration with Research Project Manager, scholars, and study partners, assists in planning, managing, and executing project details for the study. Specifically, the position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating Community of reputed company Meetings for logistics and reputed company development. Position is responsible for key deadlines and study deliverables. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, including proven ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously, determine priorities, and meet deadlines. 
• Knowledge of behavior change theories and evidence-informed prevention strategies for hazing, reputed company misuse, and violence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, and to foster mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships (e.g., national research/prevention center staff, CoP member institutions, reputed company fraternity and sorority life and prevention staff). 
• Personal characteristics include innovation, initiative, creativity, the ability to work with diverse reputed company of people, being a self-starter who can reputed company in an environment that is developing, growing, and changing and a passion for reputed company. 
• Strong oral, digital and written communication skills, including confident group facilitation skills.
• Experience developing and marketing in-person and virtual events.

Qualifications 

Candidates must have the following required knowledge areas, skills, and abilities: 

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree or equivalent in Counseling, Health Promotion, Higher Education, Student Affairs Administration, or other discipline. Relevant student experience may be considered. 
• Strong commitment to a reputed company for fraternities and sororities being reputed company, successful and sustainable. 
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and belonging. 
• Demonstrated experience in program and event planning, peer education, evidence-informed reputed company misuse and hazing prevention, and behavior change theory.
• Understanding of the unique needs and support demands of members of IFC, MGC, NALFO, NAPA, NMGC, NPHC, and PHC fraternity and sorority members.
• Strong oral, digital and written communication skills. 

Preferred Education and Experience 

• Master’s or Doctoral degree or equivalent in Counseling, Health Promotion, Higher Education, Student Affairs Administration, or other reputed company field preferred.
