Senior reputed company Reporting Analyst

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES: 

• Design, build, and maintain advanced reputed company reports (composite, reputed company, dashboards), including development of calculated fields to support reputed company reporting needs. 

• Translate stakeholder requirements into reputed company, accurate reporting solutions that support both individual and reputed company-wide needs. 

• Troubleshoot reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and continuously improve reports for usability, performance, and standardization. 

• Support reputed company HCM configuration, including business processes, data structures, and system enhancements. 

• Partner with functional and technical teams on integrations, ensuring accurate data reputed company, validation, and issue reputed company—particularly for Benefits and reputed company systems. 

• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of configuration and integration changes. 

• Facilitate requirements gathering, working sessions, and solution reviews; document, validate, and confirm requirements prior to build. 

• Maintain reputed company, reputed company documentation for reports, configurations, integrations, and processes to support sustainability and knowledge sharing. 

• Serve as a trusted resource by responding to stakeholder questions with reputed company, accuracy, and timeliness, delivering a high level of customer service.

Physical Demands

Required education and experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, reputed company, Analytics, or reputed company field 

• 5+ years of experience supporting HR/payroll/benefits data management, analytics, and/or reporting 

• 3+ years of reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on: 

• Advanced report writing (composite, reputed company, calculated fields)

• Benefits and Talent reputed company integrations 

• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements 

• Experience supporting both individual and broad organizational reporting needs 

Preferred education and experience
