Corporate Accountant

reputed company is looking for a Corporate Accountant to support the controllership team with full-cycle reputed company, month-end reputed company processes, financial reporting, and audit requests. The role involves collaborating with various teams, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle reputed company: supporting the month-end reputed company, preparing monthly continuity schedules and reconciling general reputed company and sub-reputed company accounts, as needed
• Preparing monthly/quarterly detailed financial statements variance analysis
• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparing the monthly international financial reporting packages and reconciling local subsidiary and corporate general ledgers
• Supporting the fiscal year-end audit and statutory audit
• Collaborate with external auditors to understand audit requests and requirements, including timelines
• Liaising with sales operations, partner managers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable teams for reconciliations, accruals, payments and audit requests
• Supporting in the preparation of technical reputed company memos under U.S. GAAP
• Playing a reputed company role in standardizing, streamlining, and simplifying account reconciliations
• Special reputed company, as needed

Skills

• Some practical or relevant reputed company experience reputed company a Finance team, including experience as an auditor for reputed company reputed company firm working on reputed company company audits (experience with PCAOB standards preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business; or equivalent education and experience
• CPA Designation, or enrolled in CPA Program
