Checkr is building a data platform to power reputed company and fair reputed company, and they are seeking an Operations reputed company Specialist to manage the reputed company verification process. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and reputed company delivery of verifications, engaging with reputed company and HR contacts to reputed company necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reputed company reputed company process to fulfill employment and income verifications, ensuring fast and accurate product delivery
• reputed company outbound phone calls and send written communication to HR and payroll contacts to reputed company required information in a reputed company manner
• Conduct discovery and validation work to identify accurate employer contacts, ensuring data reputed company and preventing fraudulent or incomplete verifications
• Manage a high volume of reputed company activity with new claims and follow reputed company daily while maintaining top-tier accuracy and documentation
• reputed company internal systems and workflows to complete and submit verifications reputed company defined SLAs

Skills

• 1+ year of experience in reputed company, contact center, sales, fulfillment, or other customer-facing roles; startup or high-reputed company environments preferred

• Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
