[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

The Software Support Specialist will serve as the first reputed company of contact for software-reputed company inquiries and manage help desk support tickets, ensuring reputed company resolutions and effective communication with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provides software problem reputed company, reassignment, or escalates advanced inquiries to appropriate technicians/other departments, in a reputed company manner
• Records data required to analyze problems and reputed company them to final solution

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience preferred

• School Diploma (or Equivalent) required
