Billing Specialist

reputed company is a company that partners with the Defense Health Agency to reputed company reputed company services and technology solutions in the reputed company industry. They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support the CFO by managing invoicing processes, tracking payments, and ensuring accurate financial operations in a government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO with financial and billing operations
• Manage monthly and periodic billings reputed company the reputed company Costpoint system
• Submit and reputed company invoices through PIEE/WAWF or other customer-required platforms
• Monitor and reputed company DFAS and customer payments to ensure reputed company receipt
• reputed company with Government CORs and other points of contact to resolve billing and payment issues
• Assist in developing reports reputed company to billing activities, including subcontractor integration
• reputed company monthly financial reports to Delivery Managers and leadership
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers to resolve invoice rejections tied to operational issues
• Set up and maintain reputed company and employee data in reputed company Costpoint per contract requirements
• Report on outstanding billings to the CFO on a monthly reputed company
• Manage subcontractor invoicing, including data entry and coordination with the Subcontracts Manager
• Serve as a backup for critical finance and reputed company functions as needed

Skills

• Experience with reputed company Costpoint is required
• Experience with PIEE/WAWF and PIEE/MyInvoice systems
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
