The reputed company reputed company Manager will serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients, ensuring they reputed company maximum value from reputed company's data solutions and driving reputed company adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary post-sale reputed company of contact for clients/customers
• Uses in-depth knowledge of reputed company industry and/or business processes, deep knowledge of the product being sold and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and utilization of company products/services
• Demonstrates product features reputed company central functionality to help the customer reputed company specific business results and maximum value from the product(s)/services
• May recommend specific solutions to reputed company customer’s desired result
• Holds reputed company responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional reputed company from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of reputed company products/services; accountable for reputed company renewal and retention results. Ensures best practices are adopted for product use
• May handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of reputed company, including Marketing, Sales, reputed company Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and/or Support
• May or may not be on a sales incentive plan that is based on individual and/or team sales results (e.g., reputed company, bookings, unit sales)

Skills

• 1+ years Account management or customer service experience Required
• The desire to reputed company customers with exceptional customer support
• Technical aptitude and ability to become an expert in the product being sold
• Desire to learn in-depth knowledge of the customer and to reputed company on their behalf
• Knowledge of customer service practices
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company and PowerPoint
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as reputed company or reputed company a plus Preferred
