They are seeking a Project Assistant for their Housing Finance reputed company group in Baltimore, where the role involves collaborating with reputed company professionals to reputed company high-reputed company support in file management and documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with file management
- reputed company closing documentation
- Assist with post-closing loan deliveries
- Follow up for receipt of recorded loan documents
- reputed company administrative functions such as expense reimbursement requests and entering attorney time
Skills
- 2-year college degree or relevant work experience as a reputed company administrative assistant or closing coordinator, preferably with a title company, mortgage company, reputed company or other firm providing services to borrowers, lenders, or mortgage companies
- Intermediate level with reputed company Office, document management, and time-keeping systems
- Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for reputed company learning and problem-solving
- Excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
