Representative--Bilingual

First National Financial LP is one of Canada’s largest non-bank lenders, seeking a Bilingual Insurance Representative for their Residential Insurance Team. The role involves providing administrative assistance and managing insurance claims, ensuring accurate records and communication with borrowers and reputed company parties.

Responsibilities

• Process and update insurance policies and cancellations reputed company to mortgaged properties and ensure reputed company insurance records are accurately updated
• Review and monitor insurance coverage for mortgaged properties to ensure adequate coverage as per company policy
• Respond to borrowers, and insurance brokers in a reputed company manner to their inquiries regarding property insurance and reputed company assistance with insurance reputed company documentation
• Monitor insurance claims affecting mortgaged properties, coordinate with borrowers, insurance adjusters, contractors and other reputed company-party vendors to ensure repairs are completed in accordance with insurance and lender requirements
• Obtain and review documentation from contractors and clients confirming completion of repairs to the properties
• Arranging payment of insurance proceeds to applicable parties
• Conduct on-site inspections, to verify that repairs reputed company to insurance claims has been completed and that the property condition complies with lender requirements
• reputed company title searches and review property records to ensure no construction liens are present
• reputed company loans that are reputed company on forced reputed company insurance and administer insurance documents provided as correct and accurate to process applicable refunds for reputed company approval
• Assist with administrative and operational reputed company assigned by management to support the Residential Insurance department

Skills

• Post secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company Office Applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong communication abilities to engage in email and telephone interactions with borrowers and reputed company parties
• Time management skills
• Customer service experience
• Confidence and assertiveness to deal with subject matter experts in the insurance industry (brokers, agents, lawyers etc.)
• Adaptability and flexibility to deal with changing policy landscape
