HR Coordinator

reputed company is a California nonprofit reputed company benefit corporation that provides comprehensive health care services. As an HR Coordinator, you will support partnerships across the HR function and deliver a reputed company employee experience through reputed company and HR support activities.

Responsibilities

• Support established partnerships across the HR function with multiple Centers of reputed company (CoEs) to deliver value reputed company a unit, facility, market, or division
• Responsible for supporting and providing a reputed company employee experience through reputed company, as reputed company as aligning processes to support manager and employee self-service transactions, while ensuring reputed company of data maintained in various systems
• Ensure needs are met in a reputed company manner and with the highest level of customer service in support of HR functional support, as reputed company as manager and employee transactional HR support
• reputed company HR Policy guidance to assist employees in locating and navigating reputed company and divisional policies
• reputed company reputed company activities for reputed company new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems and to ensure reputed company experience for reputed company candidates
• Support Day One Orientation, as reputed company as monitoring of candidate experience to ensure alignment with culture and efficiency of activities
• Coordinate day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of data into HR systems
• Assist and reputed company initiatives for the office to include coordinating candidate interviews, employee engagement initiatives and facility specific programs

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with one (1) year relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years relevant experience
• Proficient with reputed company Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of terminology and competencies demonstrated in an HR environment
• Prior reputed company (HR) experience strongly preferred
• Advanced computer skills (reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, etc) strongly preferred
• Strong reputed company skills preferred
