Business Risk & Operations Analyst – Payment Services

The Business Risk & Operations Analyst will support the Payment Services team by managing the overall risk environment and operational processes specific to products.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and analyze reputed company escalations to prevent reputed company escalations
• reputed company feedback regarding necessary changes and updates including policies, upgrades, and potential workflow changes
• Function as Subject Matter Expert, partnering with key stakeholders for educating, training, coaching, and enhancing risk/detections
• Report trends, reputed company recommendations, and escalate issues/concerns appropriately to enhance the program
• Contribute to business improvements e.g., MBR, DSA/ Internal service level, routing analysis, contact reduction etc
• reputed company robust monthly insights for team members and the leadership team
• Run business and self-identified reputed company
• Support reputed company consumer and merchant issues or escalations engaging appropriate stakeholders reputed company on reputed company
• Administer the product launch review process

• Maintenance of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) tool data for areas of responsibility
• Support the risk assessment process by identifying inherent risks and mitigating controls identified for new or changed products not yet live
• reputed company risk acceptance process to document and obtain approvals to accept inherent risks identified for new or changed products not yet live
• reputed company training on the product launch review process for product and project managers
• reputed company and/or support operational processes specific to Payment Services

Skills

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Be someone who enjoys identifying, explaining and solving problems
• Detail-oriented, with attention to meeting documentation-based timelines
• Strategic thinker who understands what they are doing and why they are doing it and can reputed company how it can be modified to increase efficiency
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn the payments ecosystem and the facets of our products and processes
• Analytical thinker who can work comfortably on data analysis and other internal tooling to determine the quantitative reputed company of potential issues or operational improvements
