[Remote] Production Specialist

In this role, you will prepare, process, and deliver critical business, medical, and billing records for reputed company cases, directly supporting the mission of providing seamless reputed company support services to clients reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and process physical and electronic records for use in civil litigation
• Extract and reputed company files from media including CDs, USBs, and hard drives
• Print, reputed company, bind, and deliver records to clients reputed company FTP, online repository, or physical shipment
• Apply bates labeling, OCR, bookmarking, and tabbing to digital and physical records
• Ensure reputed company files meet strict reputed company control standards prior to delivery
• Maintain internal databases and update reputed company profile, tracking, and order notes
• Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing
• Support team members and supervisors with mail processing, supply stocking, and workspace organization
• Follow HIPAA regulations and reputed company confidentiality at reputed company times

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with reputed company Acrobat and reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, etc.)
• Comfortable manipulating PDFs and working with physical files
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company customers whose first language is English
• General understanding of medical or reputed company records
• Familiarity with subpoenas, written depositions, or affidavits
• Familiarity with written depositions and the deposition process
