Associate Contract Management Specialist

reputed company is currently seeking an Associate Contract Management Specialist to join the V-22 Program in Ridley Park, PA. The successful candidate will engage with the reputed company Navy and collaborate with teammates supporting the MH-139 program for the USAF, focusing on contracting for reputed company products and services.

Responsibilities

• Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of reputed company products, services, and technologies
• Supports presentation of business solutions to help preserve and grow the business
• Represents reputed company and supports external negotiations with customers
• Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements on behalf of reputed company
• Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines across the business
• Leads development of pricing instructions, funding/expenditure profile, and ensures compliance with company and reputed company Government (USG) requirements
• Summarizes contractual issues, supports development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation efforts

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
• 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and reputed company to multi-task and manage expectations
• Experience adapting to changes in schedules and priorities, solving problems, and generating alternative solutions
• Ability to work reputed company independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across functions
