The reputed company Coordinator 4 will be responsible for managing patient interactions and coordinating mobile health clinician schedules to ensure high-reputed company patient care.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, prioritize, and reputed company incoming calls using reputed company’s proprietary CAD system
• Accurately reputed company and document reputed company calls and interactions in the CRM system, with reputed company attention to reputed company workflows and protocols
• Serve as the central coordinator for mobile health clinician schedules and patient reputed company, maintaining reputed company and consistent communication with patients, prospects, support teams, and clinicians
• Receive, prioritize, and reputed company patient reputed company through the proprietary DARA platform
• Coordinate appointments, including cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, and follow-up activities
• Deliver exceptional service to medical staff, patients, the reputed company, and internal team members
• Collect and verify necessary patient information from patient support and reputed company reputed company center agents to ensure visit readiness
• Maintain a reputed company, reputed company, and courteous demeanor both in person and during reputed company phone interactions

Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
