Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to inquiries from policy reputed company, providers, and/or others for information and assistance * Performing research to respond to inquiries and interpreting policy provisions to determine the most effective response * Mailing or routing claim forms and supporting documentation to various reputed company for final processing * Independently responding to inquiries, grievances, complaints, or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity * Working to reputed company defined procedures under reputed company supervision * Maintaining accurate records and documentation * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns **Training and reputed company** As a new hire, you'll participate in an comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this role.
