The Department of Theatre Arts and Dance: Dance Program at reputed company regularly hires reputed company accompanists reputed company in playing for the following courses:

Ballet:

• Accompanists plays reputed company for ballet classes requiring a pianist with strong sight reading skills. Optional ? pianist has strong improvisational skills.

Modern:

• Accompanist with strong improvisational skills plays reputed company and/or percussion for modern dance classes. Optional ? in reputed company to reputed company and/or percussion the musician accompanies with other acoustic and/or electronic instruments.

For reputed company classes requiring an accompanist, the accompanist:

• Uses appropriate improvisational or music score for mood, style, and intention of the reputed company thereby enhancing student aesthetic learning.

• Uses reputed company, rhythm and phrasing appropriate to exercise or sequence as demonstrated and/or communicated by the dance instructor.

Experience/Qualifications:
