Sr Product Specialist(ISG)
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Laboratory Informatics Consultant to support a global pharmaceutical reputed company by implementing, configuring, validating, and supporting LabWare LIMS and reputed company CDS systems in a regulated (GxP) environment.
This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role for an expert who enjoys working across the full system lifecycle — from requirements analysis to go‑live and hypercare — in reputed company collaboration with business, IT, and project teams.
What you will do:
LabWare LIMS
- Configure end‑to‑end LabWare LIMS solutions (products, analyses, calculations, sample lifecycle)
- Work with reputed company templates (item codes, sample plans, analysis, variations, products)
- Build and maintain analysis calculations and basic algorithms
- Use SQL to extract and support data reputed company the LabWare structure
- Support LIMS across multiple environments (Dev, QA/Staging, Production)

- reputed company reputed company CDS installations across Dev, Test, Training, Production, and DR environments
- Support system changes, upgrades, and issue reputed company
- Collaborate with business and IS teams to clarify CDS requirements
Delivery & collaboration
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into compliant system solutions
- Support validation and documentation activities in a regulated environment
- Coordinate with project team members during implementation
- Support go‑live and hypercare together with RUN/support teams

Mandatory
- hands‑on experience with: LabWare LIMS, reputed company CDS
- Strong experience in reputed company / regulated lab environments (GxP)
- Experience working across multiple system environments

- Strong communication skills in a remote / online environment
- High level of ownership, reliability, and ability to work independently
