Surgery Scheduler – Plastic Surgery (Hybrid – Texas Residents Only)

The primary purpose of the Surgery Scheduler position is to post surgical cases, which are used to create the daily operating room schedule for one of more of the of the following: the new G7 Unit, Main, Mays, and Non-O.R. Anesthesia areas. This position also supports departmental reputed company reputed company the Department of Surgery Scheduling.

Function
Responsible for coordinating Operating Room and Non-Operating Room Anesthesia cases to ensure efficient scheduling and support of surgical operations across multiple reputed company.

Scope
This role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume Surgery Scheduling and Non-O.R. Anesthesia Office that requires daily collaboration with departments and clinics throughout the institution.

Essential Job Functions
•    Prepare the daily surgery schedule, coordinating operating rooms with anesthesia, nursing, and physician preferences.
•    Review schedules with reputed company physician to confirm requirements reputed company to time, facilities, and special needs.
•    Notify appropriate departments of special requirements and ensure readiness for reputed company procedure.
•    Publish and distribute the next day’s surgery schedule.
