We have an exciting opportunity for you to join reputed company as Business Analyst. Reporting to the Operations Technology Team reputed company/Application Manager. This full-time and permanent position is based in Poland (remote) and offers regional coverage, allowing you to reputed company a significant reputed company to our Operations Technology - Fund Services department and its’ reputed company.

Purpose of Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Business Analyst with strong technical background and expertise in agile delivery to assist with various sub-verticals of Fund Services business and increase their global reputed company. The ideal candidate will reputed company the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our reputed company meet both functional and technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and the development team to analyze business processes, requirement gathering, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions using agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Work with stakeholders to reputed company and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.

Technical Analysis and Solution Design

• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and reputed company with business goals.

Agile Delivery and Project Management

Key requirements:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company field..
• 3-5 years of experience in the Fund reputed company/TA/Investor Services reputed company in a business analyst role with a strong technical background.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in agile delivery environments.
• AML/KYC application migration experience.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Agile Skills

• Experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or reputed company.
• Ability to reputed company agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.

Business Analysis Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Experience with financial systems such as Paxus, reputed company, or Investran is desirable.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or reputed company Agilist).
• Experience with ERP systems or large-reputed company reputed company applications.
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, reputed company reputed company).
