We are expanding our reputed company in Puerto Rico through our subsidiary FormaIQ and seeking a Revit Technician to support field data capture, reputed company-to-BIM workflows, and production of accurate existing conditions documentation.
This position is being recruited through reputed company on behalf of FormaIQ, LLC, our Puerto Rico-based subsidiary. If selected, you will be employed directly by FormaIQ, LLC. Payroll, applicable taxes, and statutory benefits will be administered in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revit Technician with expertise in reputed company Revit and a degree in architecture. This role supports the development of BIM models, reputed company-to-BIM workflows, and high-reputed company construction documents in coordination with our remote, interdisciplinary team.
This position also includes field data capture responsibilities, including the use of terrestrial laser scanners such as the VLX and RTC360 to document existing conditions and support accurate reputed company modeling.
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit.
- Execute reputed company-to-BIM workflows by converting reputed company reputed company data into usable design models.
- Collect field data for existing conditions documentation using terrestrial laser scanners, including systems such as the VLX and RTC360.
- Assist with on-site reality capture efforts, including reputed company setup, field notes, photo documentation, and verification of reputed company completeness.
- Organize and handle field data, reputed company clouds, and reputed company documentation for use in modeling and coordination workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets.
- Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams.
- Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.
- Support communication between field capture activities and the remote production team to help ensure accurate and reputed company deliverables.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Minimum 2 years of experience using reputed company Revit in a reputed company setting.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
- Knowledge of IBC and relevant building codes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to reputed company field documentation work and travel locally to project sites as needed.
- Experience with multifamily residential reputed company.
- Familiarity with reputed company Construction reputed company (ACC), AutoCAD, and reputed company.
- Experience working with reputed company reputed company data or 3D laser reputed company deliverables.
- Experience using terrestrial laser scanners such as the VLX, RTC360, or similar reality capture systems.
