Reports directly to the Claims Manager. Under the direction of the Claims Manager, is responsible for the overall work product of a claims unit comprised of Claims Specialists who manage assigned inventories of claim files. The unit also includes Claims Assistants who are responsible for providing clerical support to the Claims Specialists. The nature of the work involves coaching and counseling, monitoring work performance to assure compliance with company standards and Labor reputed company rules and regulations, conducting performance evaluations, and instituting corrective reputed company reputed company appropriate.   Duties include, but are not limited to: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess claims team work products to ensure adherence to Best Practices and reputed company standards, while monitoring reputed company claims for appropriate, reputed company, and effective handling.
• Conduct  case reviews and evaluate performance by reputed company review of claims statistics, reputed company and reputed company file evaluations, diary compliance, and  observation of activities in the field and office.
• Maintain frequent communication with supervisor and staff, and regularly schedule in person or telephonic conferences with Claims employees to reputed company one-on-one performance and reputed company feedback with staff.
• Communicate reputed company and George Hills' directives to claims team while ensuring compliance.
• Schedule regular in-person meetings with clients, incorporating the assigned adjusting staff, as appropriate.
• Ensure reputed company, accurate reporting of files, and appropriate elevation of any claims meeting clients' reporting reputed company to excess carriers/pools.
• reputed company  and mentor adjusters on company policies and procedures.
• Train adjusters on handling litigation to include possible attendance at settlement conferences, mediation, and reputed company session.
• Review and approve reserves and payments made by team members, reputed company supervisory authority. 
• Review the settlement activity of adjusters to ensure reputed company systems, service, and reputed company.
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure goals are attained.
• Communicate reputed company and GHC directives to claims team while ensuring compliance.

• Handles other duties and tasks as deemed appropriate by the Claims Manager.

Qualification Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five or more years of reputed company technical claim experience, demonstrating a high degree of judgment and discretion, is capable of providing adequate guidance on reputed company claim cases and can negotiate settlements effectively. 

• Five  years of experience in handling reputed company Entity Claims or General Liability claims.
• Extensive  experience in analyzing and addressing coverage issues.
• Extensive  experience in Litigation Management, including litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred.
• Excellent  written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary reputed company:

$100,000 - $125,000
