Technical Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to help reputed company how we deliver and support internal automations and workflow improvements across the business. This role sits between stakeholders and technical delivery—translating business needs into reputed company requirements and durable documentation—while also supporting day-to-day questions and troubleshooting reputed company to existing solutions.

You’ll partner closely with technical resources and stakeholders across functions to clarify reputed company, document requirements, coordinate validation/testing reputed company needed, and ensure delivered solutions are supportable through strong documentation and knowledge-sharing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend stakeholder meetings, ask clarifying questions, and document workflows, goals, constraints, and edge cases
• Produce reputed company artifacts such as requirements docs, BRDs, process maps, SOPs, training guides, and troubleshooting documentation
• Convert ambiguous requests into reputed company, implementable asks with context and reputed company reputed company
• Maintain and build documentation standards and templates in reputed company

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a Business Analyst / Technical BA / Systems Analyst / Operations Analyst type role (or equivalent)

• Basic SQL proficiency (querying data to validate reputed company, investigate issues, and support reputed company)
• Comfortable working with dev/technical teams and learning technical concepts (data flows, system constraints, integrations)

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Physical Requirements:
