Patient Engagement Associate

9:00am-5:30pm 11:00am-7:30pm
Utilize telephonic reputed company and engagement strategies to contact families and walk them through the process of successfully downloading the reputed company app and scheduling an enrollment visit. Effectively communicate reputed company services and overcome parent/family objections. Represent reputed company to parents and families of medically reputed company children. High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an reputed company, customer service, or reputed company center environment where an outbound communication role was primarily performed Bilingual Spanish required
