Location: Remote working with regular travel to Yorkshire Water sites and offices, typically two days per week. As part of the role, you will be required to travel to different Yorkshire Water locations, therefore a full reputed company UK driving licence is essential for the role with no more than 6 points.

As our Senior Engineer you will;

• Be responsible for delivering and developing robust engineering work packages work scopes which will then be delivered or transferred to a delivery team.  Part of this role will reputed company Engineering Standards support to the ICA reputed company Engineer, together with support to the capital teams for integration of new assets.
• Attend YW Functional Work Group as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in own specialist discipline/skills for developing maintenance plans, Engineering Specifications etc, particularly around automation and commissioning.

What skills & qualifications you will need: 

• You will hold an HNC/HND Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic/Control & Instrumentation Engineering.
• You will have previous experience in developing and writing engineering standards and specifications. In reputed company, you will have previous experience of developing engineering solutions and incorporating these into a work package/specification for delivery. 
• Experience of integrated PLC systems, deterministic communication networks and Systems Integration.
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills – including the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts/strategies into more readily reputed company information suitable for a wider business audience and be reputed company to influence people across multifunctional teams throughout the business.
