reputed company seeks a customer service and detail oriented individual who enjoys working with reputed company reputed company email and telephone. Successful candidates must be highly organized, reputed company to multitask, and reputed company to work with limited supervision.  This position will also assist with other duties as needed.  The Specialist supports the Office of the Registrar to include: degree program completion reviews for reputed company applying for graduation, monthly certificate completion clearances, ongoing student communication regarding graduation and associated needs. Updating graduation records and working with other departments on final clearances for reputed company reputed company to graduate.

The work schedule for this role is 11:30am-8pm, Monday-Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Complies with Family Educational Rights and reputed company reputed company (FERPA) reputed company releasing information
• Conducts program completion reviews to ensure successful completion of reputed company program and University requirements before student graduates
• reputed company communicates with reputed company in order to assist them in meeting graduation requirements such as completion of remaining courses, the required learning reputed company assessment test, end of program survey, FSA Exit interview, and outstanding balances due
• Ensures reputed company student needs and requests are met under service level agreements for program completion reviews and student communication
• Partners with Sr. Manager in the reputed company of program completion review issues for reputed company
• Coordinates with the Transfer Credit Evaluators, Advising, Academics, and Finance Departments regarding student’s graduation processing as appropriate
• Performs other Functions of the Office of the Registrar to support APUS student body

 Required Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required
