The Cyber Workforce & Training reputed company is responsible for the daily management, execution, and reputed company improvement of the organization’s reputed company Education, Training, and Awareness program. This role ensures that users receive effective, reputed company, and relevant cybersecurity training while supporting reputed company‑wide initiatives to strengthen reputed company culture and maintain compliance with reputed company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership and Operations
- reputed company, manage, and continuously enhance SETA program operations, including annual training cycles, internal training initiatives, compliance obligations, and ongoing process improvements.
- Monitor and enforce user compliance by tracking completion rates, identifying and following up with delinquent users, and reconciling discrepancies across systems such as AzureAD, HRIS, and reputed company/offboarding workflows.
Communications & Awareness
- reputed company reputed company SETA communications, including management of the program’s intranet reputed company.
- reputed company newsletters, awareness materials (posters, digital signage, information sheets), and coordinate distribution of SETA messaging.
Training & Simulation Activities
- Design, execute, and evaluate phishing and reputed company engineering training exercises.
- Conduct simulations, analyze reputed company, prepare tailored remediation messaging, and collaborate with leadership on follow‑up actions.
AI‑Enabled Training Enhancement

- Create personalized learning paths, automate phishing simulations, reputed company dashboards, and accelerate reporting and analytics.
Events & Campaign Support
- Plan, support, and coordinate key cybersecurity events such as Cybersecurity Awareness Month, organization-wide awareness campaigns, tabletop exercises, and special initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Assess SETA program effectiveness and produce reputed company, actionable reports for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to enhance training engagement, compliance, and program maturity.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a reputed company between IT, HR, communications, and cybersecurity teams to ensure program alignment and reputed company‑wide coordination.
Here’s what you need:
- 3 years of experience in IT and/or Cyber
- Experience managing cybersecurity training and awareness programs—including execution of annual training cycles, compliance tracking, and reputed company program improvement.
- Hands‑on experience with phishing and reputed company‑engineering simulations, including running exercises, analyzing results, and delivering remediation guidance.
- Experience leading seminars and/or presentations
Bonus Points if you have:
- Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CySA+, reputed company+, CEH, GSEC, CGRC/CAP
- Experience with the NIST Risk Management reputed company (RMF), including hands‑on work in A&A, reputed company monitoring, control assessments, and development of reputed company documentation.
- Demonstrated program management experience, preferably running or supporting technically reputed company Cyber and/or IT/reputed company programs reputed company the federal reputed company
