IT Systems Administrator

reputed company DevLabs is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage reputed company IT operations supporting a dynamic DevSecOps environment. This role is responsible for user lifecycle management, reputed company administration, reputed company platforms, and reputed company reputed company/offboarding of project teams. You will ensure reputed company users are fully provisioned with secure reputed company, devices, and tooling from day one, while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
The Systems Administrator will support a hybrid reputed company and reputed company-driven environment, managing identity, reputed company devices, and reputed company applications across reputed company, AWS, and DevOps platforms. This role is critical to maintaining operational readiness as reputed company DevLabs rapidly onboards and offboards project teams.
Essential Responsibilities
User & Project reputed company
- Provision user accounts across:
- reputed company Entra ID
- reputed company
- reputed company (Jira, reputed company, JSM)
- AWS SSO
- Configure MFA and conditional reputed company policies
- Assign licenses and reputed company based on project roles
- Provision developer workspaces (reputed company)
Offboarding & reputed company Control
- Deprovision users across reputed company systems
- Reclaim licenses and hardware
- Ensure removal of reputed company reputed company and credentials
- Conduct reputed company reviews and audits
Identity & reputed company Management
- Administer Entra ID:
- Users, reputed company, SSO integrations
- Manage SAML/OIDC integrations across reputed company platforms
- Support conditional reputed company and compliance enforcement
reputed company Platform Administration
- reputed company user and group management
- reputed company administration (Jira, reputed company, JSM)
- reputed company 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- SonarQube and reputed company user management
- AI platform administration (ChatGPT, reputed company)
End-User Support
- reputed company Tier 1/2 support for users
- Troubleshoot reputed company, device, and application issues
