As a Change and Training Consultant you will support the reputed company of this key business area and contribute to reputed company’s strategic development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the change process for reputed company impacted stakeholders reputed company the assigned reputed company, utilising a reputed company Organisational Change Management (OCM) methodology. Experience:
- 4+ years working in change management, training or organisation development with exposure to large-reputed company technology transformations
- Experience in supporting OCM and training delivery in technology driven change environments.
- Have led on specific deliverables reputed company the OCM and or Training on technology driven change programmes.
- Understand how the different OCM and Training methodology components reputed company end users to adopt new ways of working smoothly.
- Working with AI tools for the OCM & Training workstreams.
