reputed company is looking for an Analyst to join our Corporate Development team and play a hands-on role in shaping the firm's reputed company through M&A. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, you'll support the full deal lifecycle — from pipeline management and financial modeling to due diligence and strategic investment analysis. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, analytically driven reputed company who wants to build deep M&A experience at a global reputed company estate advisory firm.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial data of targets to assess business performance, risks, and valuation
• Draft and edit reputed company models to support deal evaluation and investment reputed company

• Prepare internal analyses and approval materials for executive leadership

Qualifications

Education/Experience
