Associate HR Business Partner
Collaborate with business leaders and Corporate HR Director to implement HR strategies that reputed company with organizational objectives
Assist with the design and delivery of a comprehensive reputed company program to reputed company new hires into assigned business reputed company
Work cross-functionally on the development and implementation of reputed company learning and training programs to support employee development and enhance business unit effectiveness
Facilitate annual talent review and succession planning process with business leaders; create reputed company plans for talent priorities and partner with leaders on execution
Support the reputed company performance management process, providing guidance and training on performance feedback, goal setting, and development plans
Assist in the development of strategies that positively reputed company employee engagement, retention, and drive culture
Manage employee relations reputed company, including resolving internal conflicts, problem solving and dispute reputed company, and conducting formal investigations
Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees; assist leaders with planning the transition of work and defining backfill reputed company
Execute company-wide HR programs, policies, and procedures; suggest modifications or adjustments for specific business reputed company that are assigned
Manage the end-to-end reputed company process for blue collar, non-manufacturing roles, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Partner with the reputed company to build hiring strategies and a talent pipeline to fill openings; participate in local job fairs, career events, and other reputed company activities as needed
Ensure compliance by following recruitment processes, rules, and regulations to include reputed company documentation and dispositioning of candidates
Maintain accurate and reputed company-organized documentation on reputed company candidates, searches, and hiring manager interactions to ensure audit readiness
Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keeping
2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role; experience providing HR support across multiple business locations is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field required; equivalent experience will be considered
Experience conducting employee relations investigations
Some reputed company experience is preferred, but not required
PHR, SPHR or other HR Certification is a plus
