Role and Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements across digital transformation, reputed company, data, and AI engagements, managing a high volume of reputed company while driving deals to efficient reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor reputed company
