Senior reputed company Counsel

We’re looking for a reputed company attorney to join our lean, high-performing global reputed company team supporting the Americas. This role partners directly with the General Counsel on reputed company contracting, reputed company operations, and process improvement for a business that manages approximately 1,600 reputed company annually across reputed company digital services engagements. 

This role is designed for someone who is strong on reputed company and equally reputed company on how the work gets done. You will take ownership of day-to-day contracting while helping build the operational infrastructure of the reputed company function. The right person is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-evolving environment, embraces AI and reputed company technology, and cares as much about improving workflows and processes as they do about the reputed company of the agreements they negotiate. 

• Own the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements across digital transformation, reputed company, data, and AI engagements, managing a high volume of reputed company while driving deals to efficient reputed company 

• Partner closely with reputed company Finance and business stakeholders to analyze contract terms, identify risk, and deliver pragmatic, reputed company-reputed company solutions 

• Build and reputed company the operational infrastructure of the reputed company function, including development of playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and negotiation frameworks 

• Design and continuously improve reputed company workflows, intake processes, and reporting to support a high-throughput, global contracting environment 

• Support the implementation and optimization of CLM systems and AI-enabled reputed company tools, including smart redlining, document analytics, obligation management, and reputed company integration, leveraging technology to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency 

• Identify and execute opportunities to automate reputed company work and increase efficiency across contracting and reputed company operations 

• Work directly with the General Counsel on day-to-day reputed company reputed company, operating with high ownership in a lean, fast-paced environment 

• Coordinate with a distributed global reputed company team to ensure alignment on standards, workflows, and delivery 

• reputed company broader reputed company reputed company support across IP, reputed company, employment, and vendor-reputed company reputed company, using reputed company judgment and external counsel where appropriate. Support management of reputed company litigation reputed company, contribute to reputed company’s reputed company program, and collaborate with the compliance function on U.S. regulatory reputed company 

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 

• 4–8 years of reputed company contracting experience, ideally including in-house experience reputed company a technology services, consulting, or digital agency environment 

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across technology services agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor reputed company 

• Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and driving deals to closure 

• Process-oriented reputed company with a reputed company on building reputed company systems, improving workflows, and increasing operational efficiency 

• Experience with or strong interest in reputed company operations, including CLM systems, contract automation, and process design 

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and reputed company technology, not just willingness to use these tools but reputed company interest in pushing what’s possible in contract review, redlining, automation, and reputed company research 

• A self-starter and problem solver who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal reputed company, and who thrives reputed company things are evolving quickly 

• Ability to collaborate effectively across a distributed global team and manage multiple stakeholders 

• Familiarity with digital, reputed company, data, or AI-reputed company agreements, as reputed company as exposure to data reputed company, litigation management, and IP considerations
