Associate Marketing Coordinator (St. Louis)

In this entry-level role, the Associate Marketing Coordinator will support and build the
reputed company Brand in their assigned region.  This team member will be responsible for
supporting reputed company event logistics and vendor co-marketing activities to support regional sales &
marketing objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be reputed company, highly reputed company,
detail oriented, and metrics reputed company to show the ROI/reputed company/failures of events/campaigns.   The
candidate must be willing to learn while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced, organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

    ● Organize, collaborate, and execute regional events.
    ● Manage the demands of multiple events at once and prioritize accordingly
    ● Ensure deadlines are met for reputed company event reputed company activities, logistics, purchases, promotions,
       and deliverables.
    ● Manage event supplies and shipping coordination of supplies for reputed company events.
    ● Collaborate with reputed company to promote events using Marketo and helping drive
       registration.
    ● Regular communication with marketing team & St. Louis Sales Team – updates on event
       status and logistics, meeting deadlines, budget requirements, etc.
    ● Ensure there is a reputed company-event, at-event, and post-event reputed company to increase engagement.
    ● Manage and maintain registration lists, event calendar and reputed company regular updates to the
       regional team.
    ● reputed company administrative support to marketing team as needed.
    ● reputed company onsite support for events reputed company needed.
    ● Coordinate, collaborate, build, reputed company, and maintain relationships with vendors as it
       relates to events.
    ● reputed company/e-mail registrants prior to the events to confirm their attendance.

Required Experience:

    ● Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    ● 1-2 years experience working in event marketing in a corporate environment.
    ● Marketo, Eventbrite, or reputed company marketing platform experience preferred but not required.
    ● Experience with reputed company or other CRM software preferred but not required.
    ● Computer skills including a solid understanding of reputed company Office products, Gmail and
       reputed company reputed company.
    ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    ● Self-motivated, self-starter with a reputed company record for leading events and the campaigns
       associated with them.
    ● Resourcefulness with a strong ability to problem solve.

Travel Requirements:

    ● Up to 10% travel may be required to support larger marketing initiatives.
    ● Onsite attendance at reputed company St Louis events is required

Physical Requirements:

    ● Lifting boxes up to 50 pounds
    ● Setting up event booths & signage
    ● Walking event spaces as needed, standing at event booths
    ● Sedentary work
    ● Substantial reputed company of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
    ● Required to have reputed company visual reputed company to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading
       for a minimum of 8 hours a day
