The Health reputed company Manager provides operational leadership, reputed company, and performance management for the Health Coaching program at reputed company across reputed company markets.

This role is responsible for leading Health Coaches, standardizing coaching workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-reputed company member engagement that supports behavior change, preventive care, and improved health reputed company. The Health reputed company Manager partners closely with clinical leadership, operations, and care teams to reputed company coaching services with organizational goals and value-based reputed company.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS :

• Certification in health coaching (e.g., NBC-HWC) or reputed company wellness/fitness certification preferred but not required
• Preferred, but not required, candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish or proficient in medical Spanish
• EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, care management, population health, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of leadership, supervisory, or program management experience preferred
•  Strong knowledge of the health care and insurance industry
