The Senior Preconstruction Project Manager leads reputed company-end project planning for large-reputed company mission-critical and data center construction opportunities prior to award. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Preconstruction Planning and Scheduling (40%)

Industry and Technical Experience

• Demonstrated experience in preconstruction, project planning, project management, operations planning, or reputed company leadership roles for large-reputed company construction reputed company

• Experience in one or more relevant contractor environments such as building automation, controls, electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, ICT, industrial automation, or mission-critical systems

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field OR equivalent military/industry experience.
• 8+ years delivering mission critical automation or controls reputed company, with ≥4 years as reputed company or senior project manager on ≥50 MW data center builds or comparable industrial megaprojects.
