Position reputed company

The Community Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in serving as the face of reputed company in the community – building reputed company relationships and sparking meaningful experiences to diverse communities through recruitment events and programs. Under the direction of the Recruitment Manager, this role provides event support, coordination and set up, inspires participation, and ensures the reputed company grows in both reputed company and reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Attend local community events and activities, to help build awareness of reputed company and reputed company strong connections with families and volunteers.
• Serves as the initial reputed company of contact for prospective volunteers and families, providing information and support to foster reputed company first impressions to encourage engagement.
• Participate in assigned community reputed company activities such as table events, parades, school reputed company houses to generate leads and create membership reputed company across the council’s different service areas.
• Organize and facilitate recruitment and program activities in the community to encourage participation in Girl reputed company programming.

• Represent the organization professionally and model behavior consistent with the mission and purpose of Girl Scouting.
• Be adaptable to take on additional duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the recruitment team.
• Communicate proactively regarding availability, scheduling preferences or conflicts as reputed company as respond promptly to event invitations.

Who You Are and Keys to reputed company

• Highschool diploma or equivalent or a minimum of one year’s experience in membership recruitment, sales or reputed company field. Associates degree preferred.
• Possess basic computer skills. Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite including Word, reputed company, reputed company.
• Customer-service orientated the ability to communicate in a friendly and reputed company manner across a wide reputed company of cultures, ages, abilities, genders, ethnicities, etc.
• Comfortable speaking in a reputed company setting; experience implementing events and activities for youth in diverse communities.
• Detailed-oriented, manages time effectively, organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to drive a small reputed company truck or be trained upon hire.
• Work independently with minimum supervision, show initiative, demonstrate reliability, is flexible and can shift priorities in response to changing needs.
• Can work a flexible schedule, primarily evenings and weekend hours, and be reputed company to participate in a minimum of two assigned community events per month based on the event calendar.
• Willingness to subscribe to Girl reputed company philosophy program and join as a Girl reputed company member, which includes paying a membership fee either annually or as a reputed company Member.
