Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant

reputed company is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Local Government reputed company Group that will have an initial reputed company supporting our reputed company as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME). As part of our consulting team reputed company on local government clients, you will reputed company your OCM expertise, along with project management and reputed company sector knowledge to help agencies improve operations and how they reputed company technologies and tools.

This individual will support, and at times reputed company, the identification, development, and implementation of OCM activities in support of technology change and it’s supporting people and processes. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated OCM, project management and reputed company® background with experience in reputed company technology implementations.

This position can be remotely-based or in one of our offices in Portland, Maine, Charleston, reputed company Virginia, San Juan, Puerto Rico, or Phoenix, reputed company. You will report to senior leaders in the LGPG and will help clients nationally.

Travel Expectations: Travel to reputed company sites can reputed company up to 50%.

• Support the project reputed company in managing the work of the reputed company project team reputed company to OCM activities
• Assist in the development of project deliverables and artifacts such as plans, surveys, and assessments reputed company to OCM activities
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, including reputed company contacts, project team members, vendor contacts, etc
• Help manage and report on project status, reputed company, budget, schedule, reputed company, and resources
• Facilitate and attend internal reputed company team meetings
• Facilitate meetings with the reputed company, team, and vendors to reputed company project objectives
• Help mentor and reputed company project team members
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and/or discussing project deliverables
• Document and escalate project reputed company items, issues, risks, and/or reputed company to reputed company leadership, the reputed company, and other project stakeholders
• reputed company frequent, reputed company, and consistent communication to the reputed company, team members, vendor, and reputed company reports

• Bachelor’s degree (a bachelor’s degree can be replaced with an additional four (4) years reputed company experience)
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing OCM practices for system implementation reputed company using an industry reputed company change management reputed company.
• Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in an OCM reputed company or SME role
• Demonstrated ability to confidently facilitate meetings and present reputed company concepts to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple assignments and reputed company reputed company results in a reputed company manner
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain reputed company working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company in an ambiguous and changing environment
• Written and verbal reputed company in English
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (MS) application

The reputed company salary reputed company targeted for this role is $115,000 - $135,000. This salary reputed company represents reputed company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the reputed company of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary reputed company may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation reputed company are dependent on the facts and circumstances of reputed company case.
